Andrea started her real estate career as a Broker Associate in the Denver, Colorado area. She transitioned from selling existing homes to working as a top producing Sales Associate with one of the area’s most respected builders. The new home business allowed her to quickly become knowledgeable in construction practices, financing and contracts. She has been recognized as a multi- million-dollar producer with an exceptional customer service rating. She is licensed in both Colorado and Florida and a member of several industry associations, including National Assoc. of Realtors, Colorado Assoc. of Realtors, Florida Assoc. of Realtors, the Greater Tampa Assoc. of Realtors, the Aurora Assoc. of Realtors and a General Member of the Council of Residential Specialists. She carries a degree in Management and is a Certified Paralegal.

Andrea supports her community in many ways. She has volunteered time in the public school system teaching history and as an Ambassador for the Community College of Aurora. She has done auditorium presentations and speeches to promote higher education in the area high schools and alternative/ vocational schools. She has supported local high school volleyball and helped finance another local high school wrestling team’s trip to a State competition. She continues to stay involved by being active in the local PTA and PTO’s of her community and giving financial support to the American Heart Association and Breast Cancer Funds.

When Andrea is not hard at work for clients and community she is chasing her seven-year-old twins or enjoying a peaceful moment with her husband. Andrea says, “When things get hectic, there is nothing that keeps you more grounded than feeding the ducks and walking the neighborhood with a seven year old.”

Her ongoing mission is to keep her clientele informed and educated cutting through the sales hype, politics and fantasy that so many get caught up in.
